Across the families of all four founders, Ayurveda was practiced and tested in everyday life long before it became popular. Early formulations began at home, then moved into clinical practice as results stayed consistent.

In 2001, four students met at Gulabkunverba Ayurved Mahavidyalaya, Jamnagar, in the same class and friend group. Dr. Mrunal Asvinbhai Ashar, Dr. Kedar Janakbhai Upadhyay, Dr. Ujjaval Subhashchandra Thakkar, and Dr. Kinnav Narendrakumar Shah later built their own clinical paths and deepened their real world understanding of what works.

Nearly two decades later, they saw the same gap in the market, products that were generic, unclear, and disconnected from real clinical needs. In 2020, they reunited to form Sadhya Healthcare to bring clinic trusted Ayurvedic care to every home with clarity and confidence.
